Mission Statement: 
To promote the health, safety and welfare of the community and participants by reducing the 
number of drug related offences through supervision, treatment and education.
The 31st Judicial District Adult Recovery Court Program is designed to promote self-sufficiency and personal responsibility through treatment and education. The program serves as an alternative to incarceration and traditional prosecution to offenders with substance abuse and mental health issues. The program treats non-violent offenders through intensive supervision, increased court appearances, treatment, support groups, and assistance with employment and educational opportunities.

The Adult Recovery Courts utilize the following criminal justice stakeholders to compose the Adult Recovery Court Team:

  • Criminal Court Judge
  • District Attorney General
  • District Public Defender
  • Chief of McMinnville Police Department
  • Major of Warren County Sheriff Department
  • Mental Health Professional
  • Probation/Parole Officer
  • Alcohol/Drug Treatment Professional
  • Adult Recovery Court Director
  • Peer Case Manager
  • Recovery Coaches
